January Thaw – Featuring Dianna Parks and the Wreck

(Parks and Kleist Band and Fred the Bear Collaboration)
Beat the cold and heat up the night with this annual music celebration! Dianna Parks and the Wreck will have you dancing in the aisles with a great blend of country rock, old school Americana and rock-n-roll. This music collaboration featuring the Parks and Kleist Band and Fred the Bear first premiered at our 10th Anniversary event. Fans will also remember Dianna as the lead in our 2017 Linda Ronstadt show. Enjoy an evening of terrific live music, dancing and warm up with a cup of mulled wine or cider! A portion of the proceeds from this event support scholarships for Paradise youth classes and camps.

Beau Chant Presents: “Magic Comes to the Beau”

Beau Chant’s annual fundraiser returns to the Paradise Center for the Arts. This year’s gala event, “Magic Comes to the Beau,” promises to be an evening filled with music, magic, desserts, and the always popular silent auction. Tickets are $30 and are available through the Paradise Center for the Arts.

Cat’s Pajamas Vocal Jam for MN State Academy for the Blind

The Cat’s Pajamas, an explosive 5-piece vocal band has toured internationally, wowing audiences around the globe each time they take the stage. Cat’s Pajamas got their start when they competed in the nation OREO Cookie Jingle Competition. They were selected as one of the top 10 finalists in the entire country and appeared on Oprah. The group competed on NBC’s The Sing-Off and America’s Got Talent. Cat’s Pajamas also rocked out on FOX’s Next Great American Band where they proved that voices can in fact replicate a band when they finished in the top 30 groups out of a field of over 14,000. Join us for this dynamic, award-winning show and support MSAB!

Songs of Hope International Youth Ensemble

Songs of Hope has a well-deserved reputation for upbeat, high-energy concerts showcasing the talents of children and adults from countries around the world. Enjoy an evening of songs, dances, and cultural dress from many countries, with live music by an outstanding band. Now in its twenty-seventh year, award-winning Songs of Hope offers music for everyone from US pop to international folk, from show tunes to freedom ballads. Blue Collar BBQ Music & Arts Festival

10th Anniversary!
Welcome to the Region’s Biggest Block Party!
Located in the heart of historic downtown Faribault, this event attracts over 6000 attendees annually. Teatro del Pueblo Presents “Help Wanted”

Teatro del Pueblo celebrates 26 years of promoting culture and pride in the Latinx community and developing support for Latinx talent while educating the community at large about Latinx culture and promoting diversity in the arts.
Help Wanted: This one-act play, based on a true story, is a window into one immigrant family’s daily struggles to follow the American Dream.
*This play is primarily performed in English and includes an appetizer reception and Q&A time with the cast immediately following in the Paradise Lobby.

When the curtain is lowered and the lights go out the Paradise spirits come wander about, from corners dark as October nights our ghosts appear for dreadful frights. Tour the Haunted Paradise but beware! You’ll meet goblins and ghouls who love a good scare.
Spirits, Screams and Screen

Join us for the 2nd Annual MN & More Spirits Tasting and costume party (costumes optional, but prizes will be awarded in several categories). Sample spirits from local and regional craft distilleries, breweries, and vineyards, enjoy light appetizers and then settle in for a movie in the classic horror film genre. Halloween, Friday the 13th, Carrie?! You’ll just have to sit back and wiat for the screen and screams to start.

If you’re looking for new artistic treasures, then shop the Recycled Art Sale, you never know what you will find! Proceeds from the sale benefit the Paradise Center for the Arts and the Mural Society of Faribault.
Annual Members’ Show
2018 members show miniature challenge . The Annual member’s show has been a tradition that dates back to the Faribault Art Center, the forerunner of the Paradise Center for the Arts visual arts programming.
The Paradise Center for the Arts 2018 Members Minature Show is open to all current paid members of the Paradise.
The 2018 Members’ Show Miniature Challenge exhibition will be held June 15 through July 29. There will be an opening night and Artists Reception on Friday, June 15 from 5:00-7:00pm.

Paradise Center galleries will be decked out in boutique style and filled with the artistic wares of regional artists. The “GRAND OPENING,” which runs 3-8 p.m. on Thursday, November 15, will be a gala event with free hors d’oeuvres, live music, and a cash bar to enjoy while browsing through the beautiful array of artistic creations. What a wonderful way to find that one-of a kind gift for someone special! A portion of the sales will help fund continuing programs and education at the Paradise Center for the Arts.
